Saul Fairholm Charity Golf Day
Retford was once again the venue and on a bright and sunny day with the course in first class condition, greens excellent and a credit to all the staff at Retford Golf Club.
The final outcome was a very close run competition, one point covering the top four teams. Hodgson Elkington finished third on 88 points and Mundys team were pipped on count back by Harrisons Printers/Witham oil on 89 points. Congratulations to Bob Marsh, Richard and Nigel Bottom and Ellis Grange our Champions for 2010, going one better than their 2009 runner up spot.
Many thanks to our hole sponsors and for the many kind donations of raffle and auction prizes. Your most generous support helped us to raise £3,200 for the very worthy Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance.
