Born in Lincoln, Nicola began her career in banking in the city, where she spent more than twenty years working in a variety of roles. She then worked as a manager in primary care before becoming Saul Fairholm’s office manager in 2017. Outside of work, she is married to Steve, has three grown up children and two daft greyhounds. She loves listening to music (especially when it’s live), walking her dogs, going to the gym, yoga and travel.
