Born in Lincoln, Nicola began her career in banking in the city where she spent more than twenty years working in a variety of roles. She then worked as a manager in primary care before becoming Saul Fairholm’s office manager in 2017. Outside of work, she is a treasurer of a local football club and is a keen football supporter too. Nicola is married to Steve, has three children and a greyhound. She loves music, walking, yoga and travel.
